What
happens if it rains?
Answer…all attractions will stay open, if go kart tracks and
batting cages become to wet, we will shut those attractions
temporarily due to safety concerns. They will re-open as weather
permits. The pavilion, arcade and prize room are covered!
How do I
schedule a birthday party?
Answer…you may complete a form on-line and e-mail, an activity
director will respond within 24-48 hours to your request.
What
times are the best to schedule? What time length should be planned?
Answer.. Length of party should require approximately 2 ½ - 3 hrs.
This would include your activities and meal / birthday cake time.
Weekends are available from noon –5pm, weekdays from noon to 6:30 pm.
Are we
allowed to bring in food or beverages?
Answer.. Sluggers and putters policy does not allow food or
beverages to be brought in. we offer a large variety of options for
all ages at Auntie Em’s food court. Birthday cakes are permitted, you
are responsible for your own utensils and plates for the cake, and we
do sell utensil kits if needed. We do not provide an inside area for
cake storage, placing the cake at your reserved seating area will be
sufficient.
What
time should we eat?
Answer… normally the birthday party kids are excited and want to
play a.s.a.p. We suggest eating the last ½ hour of your party. The
most popular food is pizza. Allow 20 minutes notice for pizza to
arrive at your table. We will call for your party over the park p.a.
when your meal is ready. Other food options are available at Auntie Em’

Where do
I go when we arrive?
Answer.. On the day of your party, please register at the ticket
sales building. A host will welcome you and confirm the number of
guests you are expecting, explain your package and escort you to your
table.
What if
birthday guests do not meet the age requirements to ride or drive
certain attractions?
Answer.. A person 16 or older may purchase an x-pass. This pass
will allow the adult to drive any ticketed non-qualifying rider on
certain attractions. Minimum age to ride is three years old and meets
the minimum height guidelines
What
payment methods are accepted?
Answer… we accept visa, master card, discover, and cash. Personal
checks are not accepted! You are responsible for full payment before
passes are distributed to your party. The $25,00 deposit will be
credited towards your balance.
