A Sluggers & Putters Staff member will be emailing you a confirmation email within 48 hours to follow up with your request. Dates and time availability subject to change. Our Party coordinator will finalize your party plans.

Table Usage Agreement*
I understand that my party's tables are reserved the the entire length of my party. At the conclusion of my party, my table area should be returned to acceptable conditions, a cleanup fee may apply if conditions are not met. The tables will need to be vacated within 15-20 minutes after my party's conclusion.

Please allow 30 minutes prep time for each food package
All food packages include ice, cups, plates, napkins and bottled water
Beverage options include: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Orange Fanta, Root Beer, Fruit Punch, Lemonade and more.
