Covered Tables, Covered Buffet Tables, Disposables, plates, napkins, utensils, and condiments. Semi-Private Pavilion rental included for groups of 175 or more. A surcharge may apply for pavilion rental for groups of less than 175. For groups of 100 or more a 90 minute service time will be allotted. For groups of 275 or more additional time may be allotted.
A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your desired event date with a signed confirmation. This deposit will be applied to the final invoice.
Payment of 50% of the total cost of the event is due with a signed confirmation, a minimum of 60 days prior to the scheduled event date. Full payment is due the date of event. In the event Sluggers & Putters Inc. is required to hire an attorney for the purposes of collecting any amounts due from the client, the attorney fees and court costs incurred by Sluggers & Putters Inc. will be due and payable from client . We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard. A convenience charge may apply for credit cards.
Your final guest count is due 7 days prior to your scheduled event date. Client will be charged for the number of gusts and services on the invoice if no alternate final number is received. After final guest count, the number of guests may not be lowered.
A cancellation of contract will be accepted in writing only if a written cancellation is received 60 days prior to the scheduled event date, the 50% deposit, less the $500 non-refundable deposit will be refunded. If cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to the scheduled event date, client will be responsible for any costs incurred by Sluggers & Putters Inc. By reason of breach thereof and the 50% payment will be retained as partial liquidation of damage.
The Park stays open rain or shine; all attractions operate within our safety standards and operating procedures at the discretion of the management. We make every effort to operate all attractions. Announcements will be made if and when certain attractions may be temporarily closed and re-opened. The management will make reasonable efforts to accommodate additional attraction time as they fill needed. *See Rain Policy Guarantee.
Bringing in food, beverages or alcoholic beverages to Sluggers & Putters Inc. is prohibited unless prior permission is received from the Park Management Surcharges may apply.
