Birthday Party FAQs
What happens if it rains?
All attractions will stay open unless safety becomes an issue. Certain attractions may temporarily shut down and re-open (Roller coaster) as soon as possible. Parties may be held in our 5,000 sq. ft. pavilion or in the garden patio area.
Are non-participants free?
Non-playing participants are admitted to the park for free, including Grandparents, relatives and parents of the guests. After more than 4 non-participants a fee may apply for additional seating. Attractions may be purchased separately for other guests as required and needed. Seating may NOT be guaranteed for non-paying guests. If you are planning on providing food and beverages for non-paying guests please plan in advance. OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGES ARE NOT PERMITTED unless authorized by the management. A table reservation/usage fee of $15.00 will be applied to your party’s balance (1 row of tables is big enough for 12-18 guests). If additional tables are needed, an additional fee will apply. You are entitled to your tables for the entirety of your party’s time.
We offer a pizza, chicken nuggets, and hot dog packages to purchase for our birthday parties. The pizza package includes 20 slices of pizza ( 2 large pizzas), two double liters of soda, plates, napkins, cups, bottled water, and ice. The cost is $50-$55. Additional options and a la carte is available at the Auntie Em’s food court.
What time should we eat?
We would suggest eating at the end of your party. Please arrange the time with a staff member upon checking in. Suggested length of meal time is 30 minutes or less. We will page your party over the park P.A. system when your meal is available.
What party related items are permitted to bring into the park?
We strongly suggest to NOT BRING ice cream birthday cakes. They will melt and we are unable to provide storage for any cake. Ice cream and food packages options are available at the food court. Regular birthday cakes are permitted. Please bring your own cake knife and items needed for your birthday cake. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. A 25% service fee will be charged for all parties violating our outside food policy. The following items are also strictly prohibited: silly string, confetti, pets, pinatas, and outside food. The party tables are covered, however you are welcomed to bring your own table covers if desired.
What if birthday guests do not meet the age and height requirements to drive on various attractions?Please review our age and height guidelines while planning your party. Designated Driver Passes are available to purchase which allows the pass holder to drive children that do not meet the age and height requirements. Sluggers & Putters strictly enforces ride and safety guidelines set forth by the state of Ohio Ride and Safety Division.
Where do we go when we arrive? On the day of your party, please check in at the Ticket Booth. A staff member will welcome you and confirm your number of guests, explain your package and show you to your reserved tables.
Sluggers & Putters. reserves the right to alter date, times and terms of the party with notice. Certain attractions may close early. Certain attractions may be closed for maintenance. A team member will measure and apply the proper wristband. The wristband becomes invalid if removed. Wristbands may not be transferred or shared and are valid for the day or evening only. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Park opening and closing hours are subject to change. Attractions may close due to weather conditions.
